Autolab Menlyn's poor service delivery!

I had very bad experience with Autolab Menlyn when i brought my car in for repairs after an accident. At some point i had to make some follow ups with them after i had realised that the job completion date keeps on being posponed. Eventally, i was phoned to go fetch my car, it is ready after the repairs. I found a horific disater when i got there. the grill was loose and not properly inserted, poor allignent of the head lamps in relation to the grill. The grill looked like the old damaged one that was supposed to be replaced. my car looked terrible. I refused to take and told them to fix it, i will fetch it in the morning however when i got there the following day, the grill had a crack and the alignemnt was still poor regardless. I had to wait again for them to fix it that morning while i was already late for work. After about a month i decided to take the car in at a dealer for a service and assessment, i was shocked to learn that the wiring was poorly connected during the repairs and that some ****ions were not working due to that. I am frustrated as hell with the poor service of this company. this is something i would not wish even for my enemy. Autolab Menlyn knows how to destroy a person's life.
