Auto Lab Menlyn ****py service

We took our Car in under an insurance policy for repairs. Parked the car on a ramp, in gear and hand brake on. When we collected the car the hand brake had been broken, first their technician, Jaco, claimed the hand brake was broken when we delivered the car, then the story chnaged to, they could not disengage the hand brake, my Wife, according to him, had pulled the hand brake up too high.....lol, then we found out, via their own photos, that they had moved the car off from the ramp. Seems whoever moved the car did not disengage the hand brake properly and broke the release shaft. Jaco, to date, has refused to take ownership of his Staff breaking the Hand Brake, refuses to repair the Hand Brake at Auto Lab's cost and told me via the phone he does not care who I report this to, the Police, Hellopeter, Facebook etc, he would rather run his own company into e ground with his ****py attitude. Just terrible service....
