The service was not too bad initially but after payment of the cash needed for the car, the attitude changed completely

The service was not too bad initially but after payment of the cash needed for the car, the attitude changed completely. We were promised that we would be given a car with R350 fuel but to our surprise after making a payment we were told that the fuel money poured when the car was taken for roadworthy and valley. That was not what we were told before we paid.
