I purchased an RS5 from them on the 03 May 2024
I purchased an RS5 from them on the 03 May 2024. Within 3 days the brake pads and disk needed replacement. Car is bumpy bumpy more than my 2013 Audi S5. Shocks need replacement

We are sorry to hear about your concerns on the vehicle. Please bare in mind that the RS5 Audi that you bought from us has a different suspension to what you were used to on your S5.
All our vehicles undergo a roadworthy check that include shock test and even in your own report that you supp**** to us is that the shock test you did also passed from your independant service provider. We do not sell new vehicles and the brakes on the car also passed the roadworthy and inspection from an independent workshop with more than 50% on it. We understand your frustration and will that our dealership manager be in touch on Monday. Just a pitty that your 5 star rating changed to a 1 star just because you took your car to another workshop that obviously just quoted to make money and now that reflects bad on us.
