Dont buy any car from this dealership

I bought MAZDA BT-50 3.2TDI SLE A/T P/U from InspectarCar in Gezina on the 16 September 2021. My sale person was Alex and his manager is Jaco. I collected the car on the 16 Sept 2021. My first issue was that the canopy key was broken, and I reported it and the sale person thought it was because of the broken key. I went to BEEKMAN and only to find out that the handle wire was broken inside. I have to buy a new handle. On the 28 September 2021, I found out that the aircon is not working, reported it and no assistance at all. On the 23 October while I was driving, I notice that the car is uncontrollable, went to Supa quick to check what might be the problem. They told me me that shocks are wore out. Another disappointment again. Reported the issue to Alex and he advise me to email his manager, I did email Jaco and there was no response. On the 1 November 2021, the car started overheating and I reported the issue to Alex and he advise me to take the car to approved mechanic workshop, I took it to Mazda and they diagnose the car and gave me a quote to replace the engine. Report back to Alex and he told me its better I bring it to their workshop since Mazda is expensive. The car was towed to Pretoria North, on the 8 November 2021 and it has been sitting in their workshop without any work on it. Went to find out the progress on the 15th November and I was told by Jaco that I must pay R3500 for stripping the car so that their workshop can log a claim from the warranty. I was also told that if the warranty doesn’t cover the cost of the damage in fully, I will have to pay the rest. I am so disappointment.

Good day Sibonelo.  We take note of your complaint,  you just forgot to note that all complaints or requests that we were aware of was sorted out by the dealership, you did not notify us about the canopy key thus not sorted out by the dealership.  With regard to the overheating of the car, obviously the car has warning light that warns you as a customer when the car overheats, the temp gauge would have indicated to you that the car is getting warm and that you have to stop immediately.  We do not know if you drove the car in that state or stopped immediately. You told us that you do not have money to pay IF the warranty do not cover the complete engine and you have asked the repairing dealer to quote on opening the motor to determine the extend of the damage, in order for the warranty assessor to evaluate the damage. So to try and badmouth the dealership for the strip and quote as per your request, is uncalled for.  We did give the go ahead for the strip to investigate the cause this morning.  Please make contact with Mahindra Pretoria north to discuss the process going forward

I am not bad mouthing you, I am raising my concerns and my experience with you. I did notify you guys about the canopy key, please check with Alex. I do have proof for it. I didn't fix it myself and told him how much it costed me. So you did give the go ahead for stripping the car and you also never bother to update me. The attitude I got from Jaco yesterday was ridiculous. In every organization, the customer is important and you guys must understand that.

After investigation it wad detemine thar driver abuse is evedent in this case. The customer did not stopped immediatly when noticing the vehicle is overheating but drove to a garage, filled with water and continue to drive. This cause extreme damage to 2 of the pistons and the cause of the complete motor been damaged bejond repair.
