Dishonest dealership
This is the most Dishonest dealership ever. I bought an RS5 from them. They **** that the suspension feels weaker than my old s5 because it's a different car. Car showed engine light in 3 days. I took the car to dekra test and it failed the roadworthy test. MIOSA compelled them to come taw to fixing. They came and drove it unroadworthy as is. 4 days later they told me the car broke the engine because if oil filler left open 15km From me. Unfortunately, on one of the garages 50 KMS away from me, the car was spotted driving the same day of collection. I have evidence. So, they **** about 15 KMS breakdown. The car is still with them, they want to charge me storage fees. And they refused to fix it. Don't buy a car there if you want an honest dealership.

05 Feb 2025, 09:34Good day Mr Zulu. Yet again always 2 sides of the sorry. The ombudsman and he NCC ruled against you after you were trying to cancel the deal due to buyers remorse. The ombudsman only compelled us to attend to 1 shock and front brakes. You took the car to numerous workshops and places trying to proof the MIO and NCC wrong. We don't know what they did and what happened to the car while driving the car. The only thing we know is that as per Audi Roadside assistance that assisted us next to the road, the filler cap can not just open on its own and according to Audi suspected that someone loosened the cap that is the cause of the oil starvation and severe damage to the vehicle. We sent you and the ombudsman proof of the Roadworthy done prior to delivery, even your own shock test done approved the shocks above min level. You then abandoned the car on our floor for the past 4 months without any communication in this regard.

2. MIOSA ruled against you. Saying you should fix the Engine light, Shocks, cracked brake disk's, brake pads, and all the suspension problems. Which is the reason we ended up with MIOSA. We were not going to end up with MIOSA if you disclosed the conditions at the inception.
2. The matter is now with the NCC, we are waiting for their findings. The NCC is still investigating you. After that we will go to the Tribunal. That is where everything will be finalized.
3. On the 12/08/2024 you took the car in driving condition from me. I also don't know what you did with it, all I know is you are saying it broke in your hands. Still you are liable to fix it. I can not give you a driving car when you break it I should just accept it broken as it. You took it driving you should bring it driving.

05 Feb 2025, 12:14Yes as you said a pity we can't upload as we also have documentation to upload if we could to proof our point, from a valid roadworthy on delivery, you own test results, expert reports of tampering ect, that proof our statements. A customer is not always right, and the dealership not always wrong. Even the Ombudsman stated in his reply to you that the dealership is not responsible for the breakdown and for your own account. We will wait for the notification of hearing at the Tribunal, then present the facts.
