Worst experience of my life 😡
I will never ever buy from this second hand dealership most unprofessional and lying to customers. We bought a Toyota Cross from the day we received vehicle they **** that this vehicle had been resprayed. We didn't want to buy vehicle but the deal was finalized. We had asked and returned vehicle to be resprayed as the workmanship was bad. Everytime vehicle was returned they did not do what was promised yet lying again to us. When the one time we wanted to fetch vehicle they had it on the floor to be sold the last time we left vehicle again with lies the owner of dealership said he won't spend yet any money on vehicle but yet promised but never delivered on promise. He called me a non Christian and my husband a slapgat this dealership buy damaged repo vehicle and lying to customers they selling it as a good secondhand vehicle this franchise name is being dragged through the mud😡😡

HORRIBLE!
My experience with Auto Investments Middelburg has been extremely disappointing and deeply frustrating. I sold my vehicle to them at an agreed price, with the understanding that they would also assist with financing for a new vehicle I was purchasing privately. The transaction was initially concluded based on the first settlement amount. However, due to delays on their side in processing payment, they later requested a “special” settlement figure, which was lower than the original, and proceeded to pay that amount instead. Given that the agreement was finalized based on the initial settlement, it is entirely reasonable that I should be paid the difference between the two amounts (approximately R6,500). Despite this, they have refused to do so and have provided no clear or acceptable explanation. Attempts to resolve the matter in person or through discussion have been met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, including being shouted at. It is extremely concerning that there appears to be no accountability or willingness to address what is, in effect, money owed to a client. I have escalated the matter to their head office, but unfortunately, there has been little to no effort to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to honor agreed terms raise serious concerns about their business practices.

Bad dealership
Good morning.It is been almost 8 months now since I bought my car from Auto Investments and I am still waiting for the spare key of my car.. Really this is no joke anymore.I have been back at the dealership for how many times and send them messages but to only get a reply we are waiting for it.How can't they get any spare keys if Chery is full of stock?I will never do business with them again.

Bad dealership

What a bad service, and not to mention Pieter Pieterse's customer service...He can't solve a problem, he can't come back to the client with the right facts and paperwork and even less can he talk to a client properly. Shout at a female client and talked her to death, without giving her a chance to speak. There is no communication from him to the client and it's sad to say but Pieter Pieterse's service is poor and I will never ever recommend Auto Investments Middelburg Mall to anyone.
