Bad after-sales service on vehicle bought

I purchased a Nissan X-trail on 17 March 2023. 1325 km’s later the clutch is slipping and the revs are climbing high while driving. Sales person Rupert Swanepoel said verbally any big thing they will assist with while singing the paperwork. Now they say less than 2 months later they wont help because its wear and tear. Bad and dishonest sales and service. Apparently this how Bakkies (the owner) feel about after-sales service.
