Worst experience and service, Stay away, do not trust them!

Stay away, **** about the vehicle, no after sales care its your problem, empty promises, ************* documentation and reports...

Bought a vehicle, when it was fetched certain things was not done, but the sales person assured that the items were ordered and on their way... still waiting almost a year later. I don't have the paperwork for the NEW turbo (since according to the salesman they would never install a re-conned turbo), and no wheel spanner (to get to the spare wheel). Luckily the salesman showed me the stamp where they just serviced the vehicle... (This is important later)

Took the vehicle on the long road, a week after I got it, and encountered problems. Phoned the salesman, and was asked "what do I want him to do about it?. Basically once you take the car its your problem... Finally got to a garage, and found... the tires were separated, tie rod ends need to be replaced since the ball joints are open and dry, CV joint rubber are torn, and spare wheel is not road worthy. Now these are things to be checked by road worthy???? So dont trust the road worthy or Dekra that they provide...

Got hold of a manager, who did help with some of the repairs, and who is almost nine months later still getting back to me about the rest of the things the salesman promised.

Now almost a year later its time for service (since I am on that mechanical warranty they provided). Now I must check if its a major or minor service based on the km's. But, I also wanted to make sure that they did replace everything during their service. Guess what, the receipt according to the stamped service shows... NO SERVICE. Instead it shows that they recon the turbo... The exact opposite of what the salesman said.

So I was told to buy a mechanical warranty, that specifies yearly service, but it's unknown when last the vehicle was serviced... What a way to deceive people and make money buy selling them a plan whilst cheating them out of its enforceability by faking a service... Not to mention selling a vehicle that has not been serviced for more than a year.

Stay away, don't believe them, don't buy from them.
