Poor service

We wanted to sell our car that had a power steering problem. Auto Investments was interested. First told us that we would get a written quote that same day. One week later still no word. The next week we phoned and we were told that we need to take the car to get checked which was understandable. We did that and we were told that we would get a written quote that day day according to the power steering problem. A week later and still no word. When we called again, they weren’t interested anymore. This was the worst service we have experienced and their salesmen don’t get back to you. We would have just liked for them to tell us know that they weren’t interested in the first place.
