Trade-in with Auto Integrity Pretoria

October 2022 I traded in my car with Auto Integrity Pretoria. I met with Mr Johannes Swanepoel of Auto Integrity Pretoria who checked my car and gave me an offer. I took the offer. He and Ms Priscilla Meyer (Finance) said they would settle my car and I then purchased through them the car I am currently using (HAVAL H2). A day after the trade in I called the bank just to check if all went well, I was told I still owe the bank the car has not been settled. I then kept calling Priscilla, Johannes and Kuni (the sales person). Kuni has been trying to assist me to get answers and get the car settled. However, Priscilla and Johannes always have stories, if its not Priscilla waiting for Johannes to authorize , it the settlement letter expired then I need to get another one. Then Priscilla said they would make a cash deposit at the bank they are waiting for their driver. Until today (21 December 2022) I am waiting. They reimburse me but I want them to settle as promised as this is bad for my credit score. I can't purchase because the bank sees me as not having enough money because I am paying for two cars and a house, plus other expenses . They are very unprofessional and I hope the ombudsman will assist.
