I personally supp**** you a key at no cost as a favour and a friend not a client in any sort.
I apologise if there was any inconvenience caused regarding the re building of your old broken key.
Unfortunately we do not repair and replace keys in house and have to send it our to a third party and they unfortunately had no successful.
Chev themselves cannot get the key repaired as well so we are stuck.
Like i have requested of you on friday 20 August 2021 to get a quotation from Chev and you can do an insurance claim. I also will give you a full tank of petrol as i have communicated.
Once again i would like to place emphasis on the fact that we did you a favour and that you were not invoiced at all and we reimbursed you for the fuel.
