NEVER PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM AUTO INTERGRITY, OR GET FINACIAL ASSISTANCE FROM CFC

Bought an Audi A3 Aug 2017 from Auto Integrity via The car finance company(CFC) , on paper the vehicle seemed good. Immediately after collecting the vehicle, i experienced a shudder on take off which had to do with the clutch, Which i spoke to the dealer about it. The dealer said its something that i need to talk to the warranty company (global motors) about it. As i was still trying to get my documents sorted, in less than 3 month the Audi displayed a gearbox malfunction.. When i took the vehicle at an Audi centre the car appeared to have multiple problems which quoted up to R100 000 (repairs included mechatronics, clutch kit, waterpump and thermostat). Global motors rejected the quotation stating, i must take the vehicle to an RMI approved, which i did (Bosch car services) they diagnosed the same things as Audi centre did, and they quoted me up to R40000(excluding mechatronics as it needed to be taken to specialist to see the extent of the damage. Global motors (WARRANTY) only authorized R4000 for the repairs. When i approached the dealer, i was told to speak to one of the salesman from CFC which he said he would get back to me. From the frustration of going back and forth, ended up lodging a complaint about wanting to cancel the contract with CFC. They stated that the dealer(auto Integrity) has completely removed himself from the situation. They as CFC were willing to split the repair cost 50/50. I refused the deal and continued to opt for the option of canceling the contract not minding to pay the usage fee. CFC had its own story of dealing with Cancellation of Contracts. I was finaced by Wesbank Via CFC. CFC requested i pay the usage fee into Wesbank account then they would pay the remaining fee once they have received proof of payment. When i approached wesbank they said its a first they hear of usage fee being paid to them. Which resulted in me lodging a complaint to Wesbank. After many follow ups, i was told that CFC is suppose to repay what Wesbank gave to them, then wesbank refunds my installments, then i pay CFC the usage fee. It ended up dragging for weeks until, CFC said they needed to consult ombuds. When i wanted to know what the delay is, i was told by CFC that they want to settle the vehicle, but Wesbank wants to cancel the contact ( money was the issues between the two). It ended up with CFC stating that its offering to pay 50 %of repairs and not canceling the contract. CFC stated that i can take my matter to ombuds, and they will respect the ruling from ombuds. Now i had to lodge a complaint to ombuds, and 3 months later i still havent received a ruling from ombuds. Still paying for the vehicle, its been 6 months into my problem. Could do with some assistance.
