Absolute joke! I am shocked at the damage done and the lack of assistance let alone taking calls from the manager Lionel!! Shocking!!!!

I am absolutly Furious!! My brand new Double cab bakkie with thousands of Rands worth of accessories went to this company for a warranty job to be conducted. The damage done to multiple parts and accessories inside and outside of my vehicle is absolutly SHOCKING!!! not only did the completely snap off and break parts, but also lost multiple parts needed to put items back! For example, my securi-lid which cost R17000 was returned with huge scratches to bare metal, all caps and *****s missing! Top plat not fitted and just laying ontop flopping about! With the ENTIRE mechanism not opening nor closing! Both drain pipes for the securi-lid left laying in the bin un attached! Both my roof racks paint and plastic clipped feet ruined with some type of chemical and also broken off. Then semi double sided taped onto the roof, also flopping about! Both roof top drain rails were not fitted and left loose and absoluty ugly on both sides! Full sports roll bar, placed back in the wrong place with half the fittings missing! Inside my cab! Inside roof light removed with wiring, left laying on the floor at the back. Motion sensor, speed charging cell phone dash holder, snapped in half, left with the cable tied arround what left sticking out the dash!! Then after getting home and cleaning and washing my vehicle inside and out, they have marked my cream inner roof lining with black marks! My ENTIRE vehicle is COMPLETLY covered in over spray!! This will now go to my attorneys for further recorse, as they were given a chance to make this right and have failed terribly, after now using glue on the roof racks and spilling it on my car and down my windscreen along with nothing else being resolved.
