Poor workmanship and bad attitude

I did a windscreen glass replacement at Auto Glass Pretoria West. After the windscreen got replaced I noticed a strange noise when I drive a higher speed however I ignored it.

I took my vehicle to the car wash, I noticed water leaking around the edges of the windscreen that is when I realized that the windscreen wasn't installed properly, I took my car back to Auto Glass.

They asked for the receipt, and I realised I Iost it. They said without a receipt they won't assist me. I ask them to look for a copy of my receipt that they keep on their records, but they refused. I showed them proof of purchase on my Banking app, they said they wanted a hard copy.

I contacted their head office, they told me without a receipt they would not assist me because they did not know if the windscreen belonged to them, the only way they can assist me is to pay again. The windscreen has a code that can prove that it belongs to them. They have cameras that can show that the windscreen replacement was done there. I have proof of payment on my Banking app but still they refused, even their employees told the Manager that they are the ones who did the windscreen replacement on my vehicle, but they refused to assist me even though it was their fault of improper installation.
