Bad service by pak auto glass verulam

I took my car for windscreen repair on 07/01/2026 with appointment with the owner pak auto glass .my car hyndai 120 I was so disappointed with their service. They change my window bt it started when the are part missing in my car windscreen ruber ends said they were not there I told them nicely I know my I gave u with all both were there they look around shouting at me saying they were not there my car now gol holes with no cover bt I paid them in full .I am so disappointed those people are not supposed to serve community .I regret why I took my car to them please can u help me please I need back my car parts.
