Bad service after I bought the car cash.
Good day. I would like to write a complaint about the AutoTrader the one in Parow. I bought the car last year 3 September 2025 cash and the name of the car is grand i10 (2017model), I did not get the car service book. When I went to collect the number plate I told the guy his name is Sharief Khan and he said he’s gonna email me, the time went by and I went back to him to change the light bulb I reminded him he said he’s gonna call me to fetch it still nothing. I sent him a text via WhatsApp and call him to remind him, he said I must send him the VIN number of which I did after he asked me to send him the car registration papers that I did not understand. I told him I can’t send him the papers he must use the VIN number then he started to be rude to me and he said I must go to Hyundai myself to get the service book and he knows that it’s gonna be difficult to get it myself. I don’t know he’s treating me like this because I’m a lady or it’s because I bought the car cash and I don’t have powers to go straight to him. I just need the service book that’s all and I will leave him alone. I still have messages on my WhatsApp as a proof. I would really appreciate your help.
