Shocking Service

ear customers, I was horrified at the treatment I received when I phoned for a free call out and free quote by a person named Kobus. He first wanted to charge me R250 for what he called an assessment on site. However, a free call out should entail the assessment. When I tried to reason with him, he told me to F-off and find another supplier. I consider their free call out and free quote advertised on their website to be false advertising. If you get ****med by them to pay R250 please know your rights. When I told them I was going to report this on Hello Peter only then did they apologize and said there is a waiver fee after the quote is accepted. Which is a big lie!!!! Please be aware that R250 might not be big amount, but it's the principle that matters. This was extremely poor customer service. I will definitely never use such a rude and dishonest company.
