DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOFOCUS PAROW.

I bought a polo tsi comfort line from them in November 2021, and was assured the vehicle was safe and never in an accident. 8 months after purchasing the vehicle, an airbag error light appears on the dashboard. Only for me to find out that RESISTORS had been placed in the vehicle to hide the fact that the vehicle had in fact been in an accident.

I took the car back and was assured the airbags would be replaced at no cost. My car then came back from the workshop SCRATCHED by the staff members at Autofocus. After demanding they fix the scratch and give me a courtesy car, the courtesy car I was given was completely unsafe. The condition of the car was awful, the engine light was on, and it had no petrol at all. I took my car back to fix the scratch myself.

Now, a few days after coming from after refusing to drive in the courtesy car, with my still scratched vehicle, my airbag light has turned on again.

The staff and manager of this dealership are *****. Do not trust them, and do not trust their cars on sale. Shocking experience.
