Mechanical Warranty Cancellation a total nightmare

<p>I've cancelled my mechanical warranty policy on 8th June 2017 due to the vehicle being sold. I've completed all the cancellation documents and provided a settlement letter from the bank and all other supporting documents. A month has passed and I still haven't recieved the refund. I've sent many emails, but no one replies and when I call the person handeling the claims is never available to take my call and they never call me back. They were quick to sell the policy to me and they recieved all their money, but now that I must get a refund from them I don't get service.</p>
