TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

We ordered parts on November 5th 2014, they were not all correct therefore returned this happened a few time until we eventually got majority of the parts elsewhere. There was one part that we could not source anywhere else, we are STILL waiting for this part almost 3 months later. We are also still waiting for the refund on the other parts we returned due to a level of incompetence I cannot explain! We have been told all January that the part will be 'delivered tomorrow' we are still waiting. We have also been told they will not refund us but will allow a credit. We have told them we WILL NOT under any circumstances be using them EVER again therefore will need a refund. We are being told we cannot speak to the owner and not even being given a name. We have been using Auto Fever for years and never had an issues when we dealt with a guy named Cameron but since he left it has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We will NEVER use this company EVER again. The level on incompetence, professionalism and customer service is something I have never experienced before and hope I never will again. PATHETIC!!
