Fradually Car Dealership
On the 8th August 2020, I was stopped by the police , who asked me to open the bonnet as they were suspecting that my vehicle (Polo 1,4) was a ****** vehicle had been tempered with/Engine number was rubbed off.The police suggested that i take back the the car to dealer of which i did on the 11th August 2020 and when i took back the car was still in good condition there were no damages on the car. I was told by the dealer that they did not know that the car was ******, he apologized and promised to solve it but nothing has been done till to date. I am still paying the car while it is with the dealership. I reported the matter to MIOSA (Ref No: 367982) on the 1st October 2020 but the matter has not been resolved till to date. I hereby writing to Hellopeter for assistance as i am still paying the that is not in my use. The affidavits, supporting documents including the communication with the dealer claiming that they will sort it out. I have used extra cash to fix the car, I payed an amount of R25000 as my deposit. The dealership requested that i get a settlement letter from ABSA of which i did on several occasions and submitted to the dealer and was told they have a buyer but to this date still have not head anything from them , Can you please assist in resolving the matter its been pending since the 11th August 2020 till to date(18th February 2021).Their contact details are Moses *** / ***.
