Wolf in sheeps clothing beware.

I bought a Hp diesel pump for my tdv8 from Ruan for 10k. It was sent to me in Cape Town. On arrival the pump had a broken solenoid. I took pics with the courier guy with me for evidence. The pump was wrapped like a soccer ball with a single layer of bubble wrap. The solenoid on the pump protrudes about 4cm from the pump and thus makes it easy to get damaged in transport if not wrapped properly. The courier company is blaming Auto Ezi as the pump was poorly wrapped and I agree. Ruan refuses to help me with another solenoid. My car is now standing for six months and I'm out of pocket 10k. The solenoid cannot be bought loose from the agents. Maybe the pump doesn't work at all hence his not willing to help. They very nice when you buy, but become heartless afterwards. His not answering me anymore.

The manager Jp has come back stating that they are waiting for the owners to make a decision on a solution which is now almost three weeks ago.

Apparently now Jp doesn't work there anymore and the issue has been handed to Armand. Who was eager to help a few days ago and supposedly had a meeting with owners on Saturday then on Monday the eleventh of July for a way forward, but now is also not answering my calls and messages anymore. They talk very nice but you get nowhere!

If anybody can help me with advice on how to take them to court to claim damages I've suffered, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm in Cape Town and they are in Pretoria. ***
