Unexpected Awesome Service

<p>My car had to go in for panelbeating, due to being bumped from behind. I had to have a full replacement of the tailgate and bumper. When i booked my car in, Virginia, who was always execptionally friendly and helpful, advised that it would take 8 working days the work to be completed. Once i dropped my car off, i expected the usual panelbeater service of continuous follow-ups and phone calls to chase the confirmed completion date. To my surprise, i received a call from Jesse, 3 days after my car had been booked in to confirm where in the process it was. She also then told me she would give me another call two days later just to keep my updated. Imagine my surprise when this did actually happen. Not only that, my car was ready for collection a day earlier than scheduled. Thank you Jesse & Auto Executive for making a potentially unhappy experience a simple and easy process! Keep up the great customer service, there are many industries that could learn from you!</p>
