Unacceptable lack of communication customer service

I have never experienced such lack of communication and frustration to get into contact with management for support to get infornation regarding the repair if my vehicle. Youdont get past Virginia, and my contact allocated to the repair, is never available to uodate me after my bmw is there forlonger than a month. Virginia wont let me speak to the floor manager to voice my frustration after numerous attempts. I can only imagine how many orher clients has the same review and hope management work on the comunicarion. To this day no indication of when I can collect my car or what the quality of the repair will be.
