rude staff member

the thought of calling for a query will leave a bitter taste in your mouth, because the first person you speak to the lady by the name of VIRGINIA is a definition of rude, when corrected she will not acknowledge instead aggravates you even more,she was rude on more than one occasion, even said she doesnt care what i decide to do with her rudeness, tried calling later on in the day, she picked up the call and hung up, and my calls aren't taken anymore. if you have your own car trouble going to this Autobody wil stress you even more cause you are going to be dealing with this unprofessional lady, who has no phone etiquette and customer service non whatsoever
