Professional service

I went to Auto Executive for an assessment and I watched how the customer service agent dealt with a very rude customer. The level of professionalism and composure the agent had was very good. Some people can be very rude and misunderstanding when it comes to circumstances that are out of the repairer's control. Just had to comment as we never encourage people. Well Done!!!
