Not taking responsibility, Very Poor Service.

Purchased a 2012 chevrolet sonic from Parow branch from sales person Freddy (in January). The day of taking ownership I noticed a overheating issue and very rough idle when one comes to a stop, vehicle is very loose on highway all over the road. I communicated with Freddy who apparently spoke to Anton and Eddie ***ner).Freddy felt the rough idle. I took vehicle for shock test and found rear shocks needed attention. With this info given over to (Auto Executive). Confirmation was done saying they would refund me for shocks as they don't have stock. (still waiting) today is 24th April.

Long story short car went back they replaced plugs, and coil pack. Plugged it into computer (found no Errors) as for Freddy. Received vehicle back. Drove it for 1.5 weeks and found heating issue was still there. (car would loose performance) once the motor is warm. On start up it is responsive but that doesn't last.

Made contact again. Vehicle was sent to another mechanic who actually found many error codes on vehicle (this got cleared) and vehicle returned. Saying they want it back for 2 day for a possible bearing knock. (alignment and balancing was done) no bearing knock.

Received vehicle back. Took my vehicle to my own mechanic (registered) who confirmed over heating issue (vehicle is not safe) And he made contact with Freddy beginning of April 2021 empty promises of they must get my vehicle inn to workshop ASAP. Still waiting.

The vehicle's electronics (radio, dash light, cluster) shut off randomly whilst vehicle is running. I have been left on side of road, with vehicle not responsive at all Not just once.

The service one has received is nothing short of Disgusting, disappointing, very poor service.

So I'm waiting for them to take responsibility (they not). I'm Waiting on refund as confirmed. I'm waiting on spare key that fell apart as I started vehicle 2months back.

Back and forth communication has been done weekly. But getting nowhere.

They are very quick to wipe hands off and clearly not interested.
