BMW Pucrhase

Hi. I purchased a car from a Company called Autoexecutive late in November 2015. The car was worth R100`000.00 (Hundred thousand Rands). I bought the car cash from the dealer (Autoexecutive, in Parow voortrkker road). and that was my mistake of all time. We test drove the car, and i liked it because of the color and it drove very well. Paul even said the are no issues with the car, and i took his word. However, he said should i experience anything on the car i can let him know. I added saying, obviously i will bring it back should the be any issues. I mean you wont know everything about the car when you test drive it for 5 to 10 minutes max. <br> <br> A week later, i notoced the car is smoking. I Emailed Paul (Sales Person) letting know him about the smoke. He said i must bring the car. I told him, i am in Johannesburg not in Cape Town because of work. i told him i will bring the car once i am back in CPT. A week later after that, the push start did not work. I was upset, and i phoned him, email, no replies till i threatned them. He said i must bring the car, whe i brought the car he was not in his office like he promised. He told me he was busy elsewhere. And they told me, they wont fix
