I bought a second-hand Sizuki Ignis car at Auto Exchange Gallery, which they advised was fully serviced as it had minor accident damage. a week after it gave issues with some noice in the bonnet, I took it back and spend the whole day it the dealership, where they advised that the workshop is doing some service which they promised they dis before the collection. a few weeks later it stalled and stopped and the insurance towed it to a workshop next to my place of residence. the workshop which is AA rated indicated that the car was leaking radiator water and some service parts replacement such as spark plugs and the oil and filter needed services. I had to part with money due to their misrepresentation and misrepresentation as blatant lies when I asked about the service, which they said they did. Their post-sales services and information sharing have been **********, to say the least. Kiasha, who was the consultant, advised that her manager would call me; to date, I am still waiting. My recommendation: if you are buying a car cash, stay away from them.
