Not impressed

i bought a car at Auto Excellence in Centurion(Pretoria) roughly three months ago.<br> When i collected the car i was told the previous owner hasn't brought the service book/user manual yet but they will give me a call to come collect the user manual/service book the following week.<br> I have been waiting for over three months now and every time i call this dealership i am told they will call me back in a couple of minutes but nobody has ever called back. <br> I now have to take my car in for service and without a service book i wont be able to get a stamp, meaning the day i decide to sell the car i will have a hard time convincing the buyer with regards to service history.<br> I feel this is totally unfair that i have been promised something but now i cant even get a simple call back to let me know what happening.
