Excellent Land Rover Service

I purchased a 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 from Auto Excellence in Centurion in late July 2018. Although the initial price they quoted me was slightly higher than similar vehicles from other used car dealers, they offered me a discount as well as the inclusion of "On Road Costs" (Registration etc) in the price. I reside in Benoni. When my arrangements for a lift to Centurion to collect the vehicle went wrong, Auto Excellence sent a driver to collect me. Soon after I received the vehicle, I took it for a trip to the Kruger Park. During the trip, a number of small niggles became evident namely: * Malfunctioning of the USB connection; * A rear door could not be opened from the outside; * The rubber cover of the key came loose; * The rear mud flaps were slightly loose; * The mesh of the rear sunroof unclipped and opened when hitting a bump in the road. When I informed them of the problems, Auto Excellence requested that I return the vehicle to them for fixing. This was yesterday. When it became evident that the work would take the whole day, they gave me a car to use in the meantime until the repairs were done. I have now received the vehicle back and they have really done an excellent job, replacing defective parts with new ones where applicable. I am most impressed with their excellent service.
