Restraint(airbag/seatbelt) warning lap

My car came back with Restraint(airbag/seatbelt) warning lap on the dashboard from the AUTO EXCELLENCE PANEL & PAINT - GAUTENG(MIDRAND) I told them immediately when collecting the car after repair was done they told me they will send someone at my house to fix it even now no one came to fix this and i need this fixed, and also the driver door speaker cover is broken, my calls are not being answered anymore.
