AUTO EVOLVE A *******

I recently took my car to Auto Evolve Umgeni Road for a quotation and service due to a slight knock near the fan belt.After 3-4 weeks still hadnt received a quote. I picked my car up and now there is a major knock in the engine and it is overheating. I struggled for 3 days to contact the owner to no avail. Eventually the guy who did call me back was extremely rude and aggogant. Please advice on how to deal with this situation.
