bought an unroadworthy vehicle

i am based in jhb and bought a car with the dealer in CPT, trusting that they sell quality used cars as they claim on the CARS.CO.ZA website. unfortunately for me there was more wrong than right with the car.

upon arrival of the car at the depo. With my first inspection i found out the car had a huge oil leak on the timing case then after a 2 weeks of having the car the clutch started slipping. spoke to the dealer about the problems i have encountered. arrangements were made for clutch (using my vehicle finance warranty) and the dealer paying the difference. oil leak was left unattended till today because warranty wont approve claims on a oil leak. I have had the car for 4 months now and only drove it the 1st month of its arrival (25th May 2019 Till 16th June 2019). I was advised by the Technician who did the clutch repair that it is not safe to drive a car with Loose timing chains as they can wore out the whole engine of the car if they slip out while the car is in motion. Motorvehicle dealers are ripping people of and the banks are doing nothing to check on their cients.
