FULL PAYMENT STILL NOT REC'D 12 DAYS AFTER SALE

On the 6th November, I sold my car to them for the agreed price of R30,000 - they EFT'd a deposit of R3,000 - with the balance of R27,000 to be paid on receipt of the log book which I would collect from Umhlanga on 19th Nov. I gave it to them on 20th and they promised the final payment be deposited by Saturday 21st Nov. The following Monday, after chasing the lack of payment, the salesman then asked me to reduce my asking price which after much pressure from them I did by R1,000 believing that now I could get paid - so unprofessional. For the last 10 days I have been **** to, promised payment will be made that day/the next day and on it goes - Today, 1st December I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT - WHICH I HAVE NOW DEMANDED FOLLOWING THE ENDLESS LIES AND DELAY, TO BE THE R27,000 AS FIRST AGREED AND NOT THE R1,000 REDUCED PRICE - I TRIED TO HELP THE SALESMAN AND THIS IS THE THANKS I HAVE HAD - I WILL NOW REPORT THE CAR AS ****** TO THE POLICE
