This policy is simply a *******, when they make promises for rim repairs they won't tell you they do not repair bundt rims up until you forward a claim... only" damage from stone chips and re-spray" you claim for that and they decline your claim for that you can't spray a bundt rim... Does this mean I have to drive for two hours today to straighten one rim and then another two hours to refine & respray all rims? ? How foolish is that?

They're good at debiting your account but when it is time to deliver on their promises they say: "hhay andizi! " after stalling until they debit again without telling you the outcome of your claim.
