No response to request of canceling policy

I have been sending emails about cancelling this policy and I have received no response. Regret ever signing up for this. You deducted a payment on the 1st of January which is not the debit order date I agreed to. If you are going to take money from peoples accounts whenever you like then you should let people know that before they sign up. I want a refund, I want this policy cancelled and I want the debit order stopped ASAP.
