Extremely poor service

Every time I have made a claim on this policy other that the initial response no one bothers to get back to get back. I am only able to use this service during the school holidays & I am not able to do so because of poor or lack of response. I have dealt with 2 consultants Muhammed Dean & Kershia Sing who were terrible.
