Complain about Elite Auto

I bought a car last year October kia serento car from Elite Auto in vereeniging . The car was R99950.00 cash . I ony realised after two weeks that the car have a problem I send it back to the dealer and they want me to give them R30000 to fix the car .they refused to give my money back ..a have laid a complaine to the ombandsman still waiting for their response..I am strugling without the car and I am paying a loan but I don't even have a car even today ..please help me.I don't know what to do I know as a customer I have my rights I fell that the dealer is taking an advantage because I'm woman.</span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p>
