BAD SERVICE

2 weeks ago I received a call from one of their agents asking do we go ahead with debiting your account. My answer to him was no, I have purchased a new car and no longer need cover for dents and scratches so please cancel my policy. On the 30th of September they still debited my account, when I queried it they told me that there is no record of me cancelling my policy. Is this some sort of money making ****?? Employ people that capable of doing their job right and following the right procedure!! I want my refund!! Don't make your stupidity of employers my problem. Why do I have to pay for a damn car I don't have anymore!! So fellow drivers stay away from these idots, they out on taking money that does not belong to them!!!
