Very Poor service, most unhelpful and dis satisfying services ever.

I feel I was bul**** into taking the contract for a dent repair package, I then later requested to cancel the contract, which accordingly "can be canceled at any time" . After not getting any help from phoning in I sent a mail to cancellations requesting the cancellation of my contract. After a month of NO reply and debit still going off, I kept sending cancellation requests through (± 50 times) with no response and debits still going off. I then went to my bank to return the debit that went off. But instead from the following month up to now ( 5 Months) my account is debited twice! I am very very frustrated.
