Unprofessional

I work in Saudi Arabia, and wanted to buy an Audi S5 from Auto Elegance. They app**** for finance on my behalf, and was approved by Standard Bank. I signed the contract and sent it back to Auto Elegance. I was supposed to come back to South Africa on the 25th for my vacation, and go pick up the car on the 28th. Buth Ben said they will be closed, and will open on the 4th of January 2016. I requested to pay a holding deposit for them not to sell the car before I arrived. Ben refused, and said I must not worry, they will keep the car for me.<br> <br> So, I moved my flights and my holiday to accommodate this date to pick up the vehicle. I had to pay cancellation fees at Emirates and at my holiday in Mpumalanga for changing the dates. My family knows that we will be driving on my new car to Mpumalanga on the 4th of January. <br> <br> Today, Ben sends me an email to tell me that they have sold the car to someone else today. I was so disappointed because of all the trouble I had gone through. Now, I don't have a car, and probably will have to cancel my holiday with my family. <br> <br> The guys never even had the guts to apologise, and maybe provide me with another option. Boy, I am so angry.
