Car without a service history

<p>I bought my car BMW 1 series covertable on the 10/03/2016. On the 03/10/2016 my cars steering pump broke. I called the dealer and they advise me to take it to a RMI place where my motorite policy will cover the claim. After a week Motorite advised that they need the service history of the car of which the garage could not provide. Motorite advised that they will not pay the claim without the service history. I dealt with Liston Mothobi. I do feel that it is unfair for me to run around for my car to be fixed while I only have the car for 6 months.</p>
