On 28 May 2018; I paid Ngoni Magure ( ********** ) R3 800 for the repair of my ECU. He sent the item back not fixed. I queried that with him and he told to take it back and I did. Again; the ECU was not repaired/fixed. he promised to refund me and I was willing to forfeit the diagnosis amount. I have been calling this guy and sending Whatsup messages to this date and he refuses to respond to my messages or refund me. At some point; he told me he will not refund me. This guy is a ******** and takes advantage of desperate people with hos business and he keeps changing offices.
