Auto dynamic turbochargers Facebook market place

This company claims to recon and sell good quality turbochargers. After getting in touch with them via Facebook I arranged to collect a turbo and exchange my old one in and pay the cash difference. This being a registered company I thought it looked like a good option. They are unprofessional and that of ************. I arrived earlier then expected and saw the turbo that I was coming to collect in pieces and was getting cleaned up to look new. They said i would be getting a reconditioned one from jhb coming complete which never happened. After seeing the turbo in pieces it came to my attention that there was no new parts in there whatsoever. And I'd be paying for a product that was second hand and cleaned up to look new. They were operating in a back yard working on the floor after being assured they had all the items necessary tools to conduct a quality rebuild of a turbocharger. They then demanded that I pay cash for the item and not to worry about an invoice as they'll remember me. I walked out and did not go back
