Bum BMW purchase

To keep it short. I live in KZN. I saw a BMW 320I advertised in gauteng. Dave Said the car was in excellent condition with no money having to be spent it cos he knew the history of the car cos it belonged to a family member. I paid him via eft a deposit of R47500. 2 days later I travelled to Johannesburg to conclude the deal. Here I paid the balance of R47500. A lot of promises made but none were true. Various problems were pointed out with the car but dave was not interested in helping, instead he said he had another appointment and promptly took off leaving me at the dealership totally on my own. My whole body screamed cancel the deal. But trusting as I am I took the car. I left Johannesburg for durban and the car broke down twice on the way back. When I arrived back home I messaged him telling I didn't want the car anymore and he should contact me to return the car, despite my numerous phone calls sms's and emails dave failed to contact me. So now I'm left with a expensive car needing a lot of money to fix. So I would not advise anyone to purchase from dave but rather go to a reputable dealership. There is no after sales service. Get everything in writing when buying a car.
