Shoddy electric garage door installation

Bad service! Shoddy installation! When trying to contact the owner, they don't answer the phone or respond to messages. When our newly installed electric garage door gave problems, they were difficult to get into contact with, and required a R650 cash call-out fee, even though they never informed us that the 1year guarantee only covered parts & not labour. Since the installation of said garage doors, we have had many issues with it. They make a loud noice when opening. When the door rolls up on itself it tends to roll up unevenly, causing damage to the whole system. The door is not halfway between open & closed, putting our property, as well as ourselves at risk. Really bad workmanship & terrible after sales service. Be aware of this company. Trying to contact the company is a nightmare. After close to 10 phone calls & several whatsapp calls & messages, the owner contacted me on the Sunday morning stating that the call out fee was R650. That was after trying to make contact since early Saturday morning. Probably wanted take advantage of an after hour call out.
