Faulty Equipment
What happened was we bought a Diagun x431 and a auto key programmer from a man named Chris Mengel at Auto Diagnostic he said he was the authorized dealer for launch diagnostic machines from china without providing any legal work.
the first time i used the machine it wouldn't read the ECU on a Mitsubishi, i tried it on a BMW and it couldn't access the ecu either.
I then called Chris to come and see what the problem was which he then took the machine and brought it back with what he said was upgraded software, the machine worked fine when i used it on the BMW and the Pajero but for some reason when i used it on the Pajero again the Bluetooth application wasn't working.
Then i called Chris again to come and see what the problem was, he then again brought us two other machines and neither of them would access the Pajero or the BMW or a Jeep Cherokee so he then took the machine we had with the machines he brought with him and said he was going to bring us a brand new one, which he did, although when i tried that machine on all the cars it wouldn't access the ECU
and so i phoned him yesterday to let him know what the problem was and his response was that he wont refund us our money.
