Bad service

What an experience I had yesterday..I bought a key from this store and the key was giving me problems so I went back to let them know I was assisted by ernest he was very rude and told me the is nothing they can do for me even if I can report him he doesn't care. Mind you he was shutting at me in front of other customers. The service at qwaqwa branch is really bad.
